A few common questions
We currently process orders using PayPal. We also accept money orders. If you would like to pay for your order using a money order, simply email your order to jdesignsbyjulie@gmail.com . Please include your shipping address in your email. I will then send you a total, including shipping, and a mailing address for payment. Orders will be sent once your check clears. Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.
7.275% state sales tax will be added to your order when items are purchased in the State of Minnesota.
Orders received Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If I am to be out of town, this time frame will be posted and all orders will be shipped within 48 hours upon my return.
Shipping in the US is by USPS Priority Mail. The cost is $6.00.
International Shipping Costs are based on actual postal service cost. Please be aware of any duties or taxes that are assessed by Customs on your shipment. For a shipping quote, it’s best to email before you proceed to make payment using our paypal account.
If you would like your package sent by Express Mail, please email for shipping costs before you proceed to make payment using our paypal account.
Due to the unique nature of my products, we maintain a No Return Policy. All sales are final.
